I don't mind whether it is a short letter or a full report, as long as I am forewarned if it needs more than a couple of hours to type.

Download your audio files and e-mail them to me - or fax your handwritten sheets.  (I can also take over-the-phone dictation via Skype). Go home.

When you get to your office in the morning your work will be waiting for you in your in-box.  It will be complete, proof-read and presented to a standard you would expect from your own secretary.
